any pedestrians in the pics? any traffic in the pics? it was a sunday!! cyclists do this all the time. i cycle in london and (may) have done it myself. i'm sure there re more serious crimes pc plod should be concentrating on. once a busy body, always busy body. helmets are not compulsory, if i want to take a risk with my head, thats my business. i would ride my mbike without a helmet too if it wasnt the law. like not wearing your own seatbelt you're not endangering anyone elses life and yet you can be taken to the ends of the earth for not doing so. there is no internal combustion engine fitted to bikes, hence chances of killing someone are virtually nil. you would only be endangering yourself and i think there are more serious issues for busy bodies to get their knickers in a twist over.
