We all place off making choices and taking action occasionally (yes, me as well). It's okay to do that sometimes but if you are a regular pontificator then it will continuously trigger you discomfort, even if you aren't aware of it. By putting issues off on a regular basis you hold your self back again and rather of progressing in your lifestyle, you'll regress.Mary's StoryI've been coaching Mary for over the past 6 months and she is a traditional procrastinator.
