Verizon has over 50 stores in the Cleveland area including downtown Lakewood on Detroit, a kiosk at Great Northern Mall, a store in Westlake at The Promenade, and dozens more.
Screen resolution: Like iPhone 4, Razr M's resolution is excellent.
Operating systems: Droid Razr M uses Google's Android 4 operating system nicknamed "Jelly Bean." All iPhones use Apple iOS. Android works well and it's not difficult to find all the functionality. As a side note, Android phones now make up 52% of the phones sold, as of July, according to figures reported in yesterday's Plain Dealer.
Battery life: Comparable; iPhone 4 will last all day if plugged in overnight; so will Droid Razr M.
Calling Cameras: Both phones are excellent in these areas.
The Droid Razr M by Motorola just became available this week in local Verizon Wireless stores and it's an excellent smartphone.
Pricing: Droid Razr M only costs $99.99 with a new 2year commitment, half the price of a new iPhone 5. That is a great deal. There are lots of phones out there and few that are this uptodate have prices this low.
Size and weight: Droid Razr M is almost the exact same size as iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S. It weighs less, and has a slightly larger screen. It's about half an inch shorter than iPhone 5.
Both Droid Razr M and iPhone are available at Clevelandarea Verizon stores, including the ones on Detroit Road in Lakewood and Rocky River. The iPhone is also available in AT Walmart, Target and Best Buy stores here in Cleveland.
Speed and response time: Droid Razr M is a 4G phone so has connectivity speed like iPhone 5. In other words, it transmits telecommunications faster than iPhone 4. Razr M is a newer phone with a faster microchip and that makes tasks that are run inside the phone faster than iPhone 4. The improved response time is noticeable.
