We purchased a new car from them within the last 12 months. They quoted me a price by email, and I was dumb enough to assume they honor that price when we came in. I didn bring in the email with me, but they assured me they rememberd the quoted price. When we checked it after the sale, the sale price was 900 dollars more than the quoted price. We didn argue it after the fact because we were getting a bit of a discount (they have discount deals with area employers). I don think the price discrepancy was just an honest mistake, because I asked to check my email to verify the earlierquoted price, and they didn want me to. I was particularly disappointed by their tradein valulations. They came in a full 3000 under Kelly Blue Book for tradein. They gave us one of the lamest excuses I ever heard in my life (saying that German cars were a niche market yeah, because who has ever seen a Jetta for sale anywhere?) If it weren for the sales tax savings we get for trading it in, we would have gone with our offer from Carmax (full blue book value). I hesitate to recommend them to a friend, despite how polite they always were. The business practice left something to be desired, but maybe that just car buying. This was our first car purchase, so we were a little naive. We were looking for a Honda and had heard good things about this dealership. We were willing to make the extra drive to check it out. They had many styles and colors of the type of car we wanted. They let us test drive the cars on our own. We had a good experience here and got a good deal on their Honda financing. We were there ALL day, but it was worth it. The salesman was friendly and not too pushy. I would recommend if you are looking for a Honda..
