for those who experience going to the gym to <a href=http://howloseweightquick.webs.com/>lose weight</a> and, did it help you <a href=http://howloseweightquick.webs.com/>lose weight</a> quicker and made you smaller in size in 1-2 months if so please explain how much weight you lost and if everyday helped. i just started going to the gym, right now its may and i weight 165 right now i would like to weight 140 in june, do you think that if i go to the gym everyday for 2hours use different machines, plus walking home would help me <a href=http://howloseweightquick.webs.com/>lose weight</a> quick enough ( i know that it includes eating healthy and drinking water, thats not a problem ).

yes with eating right and drinking lots of water plus a detox (cutting out sugars, junk food, highly calorific food) and the exercises that is y achievable..but it all depends on what exercises you plan to do,for how long and will it affect the areas youre not pleased with. however for two months straight i think youll start to give up so always have support and motivation. so if you complete a goal at the end of the week you can treat yourself to that totally awesome shirt in the mallyou also have to be ready not just physically but mentally as well. and if youre new to the gym expect a bit of mule painit should go away after a week or two, if it doesnt go see a doctor. also, gd luck and take carenia.

i would definitely suggest that along with working out at the gym you eat right too!! i cut gluten out of my diet and in two weeks lost 10lbs. if you do some research gluten is really bad for you, and can permanently damage your intestines and your ability to properly digest food. gluten is also the suspect for many other health problems as well.i would suggest giving it a try along with a healthy gym regimentmon foods that contain gluten are breads, pastas & barley..
