my thighs are huge and i lost a little bit of weight on themi have done exercises in the past but it didnt really make a huge difference because i didnt exercise. i started exercising with dieting and it made a difference. but i am on a stall and cant seem to shed 40 pounds. i lost 20 already. recently, i havent had time to exercise and i am not going to have any time for quite a while. is there anything i can do to really lose that weight dieting tips, anything you have tried to really your thighs smaller please dont suggest those chair workouts $ i am not able to do that as i will be in a crowded office all day and dont have time for that..

you should try drinking 8 to 16ounces of water before each meal, this will fill you up and you will eat less, resulting in less calories every meal. ( hence the weight loss ) it worked for me i lost 50 puonds in three years and kept them off , i also walk for 20 minutes at least 5 times a week. patience is needed,, if you want quick, this is not it, better to lose slowly than to industry leading ( your skin will hang and that is so ugly, you will have to hide it. well good luck too you, hope this helps. p. s. i am in my 50s which is why it took so long, if you are younger, it will probably go much quicker..

they sell those sauna belts at the $ store. you can wrap them around your legs at night. that is what i do, so i can sweat out the tared area. if you wear baggy clothes all day you can keep them on forever!
