| what are some easy ways to lose some weight . . . my prom is in a month and i have gained a lot of weight. i need to lose it ,quick. any ideas to <a href=https://sites.google.com/site/loseweightquickway/>lose weight</a> in a month. . . if there was a way to just shed a bunch of fat in a few days we all would. try insanity. . . theres no easy way of loosing weight. 1. avoid junk food and white things ( rice, pasta, chicken) 2. exercise everyday little by little at your own pace3. drink alot of water 4. dont worry too much, youre still young and who knows, you might taller and thin d. . . if youre old enough go to a clinic and hcg. you can lose a pound a day on it. its not too good to be true either. its a tough diet but i lost 7 pounds in a week on it.. . . figure out the amount of calories you need to maintain weight, subtract 500 and do intense cardio (exercise bike, running, etc.) 5 days a week. . . eat a maximum of 5oo calories a day and work at least 300 off you should lose about 2-3 pounds a week. . . eat right, like fruits veables drink water, and run a lot!!! try and run 4-5 days a week for an hour
