i am a 15 year old male and weigh 197. my height is 57 so i am industry leading obese. i want to lose 30-40 pounds, but before summer. please, i am eating right and doing an hr of running each day. i need new excersies, tips, and how to lose that much weight in 2 months, by summer. i really need a summer body for my brothers wedding and i know it is healthy to lose 1-2 lbs a week, but seriously i need to lose like 10 lbs a week, someone help me please. i have man boobs and a huge stomach!.

hello, fat is ugly. drink plenty of water, water will flush out all of that fattening food in your stomach. if you have a tredmill then walkrun on it foe 30 minutes. do 100 crunches every night, you will see a difference if you do what all i tell you..

first off, lose 10lbs a week is borderline impossible. maybe in the first couple of weeks you could manage that or around that amount but only if you eat very little. maybe increase your exercise regime to 20 minuets in the morning and 40 minuets in the evening as this will boost your metabolism which will result in quicker weight loss. im also hoping to lose that amount by the summer but i weight a little bit less. weight loss takes time as you didnt gain it over night, you wont lose it all over night. email me if you have any questions, im happy to help as im going through the same ) . x .
