the short answer is it is better to count calories. you <a href=http://howlosebellyfatfast.webs.com/>lose belly fat</a> when you burn more calories than you consume, and the breakdown of fatcarbprotein in those calories isnt too important. and incidentally, your body will lose fat where it wants to, which may or may not be your belly. there is some evidence that belly fat is corrolated with stress, but in general neither diet nor exercise can tar on particular area of your body and remove fat from it.what is better than counting fat, or even calories, is paying attention to the quality of your food. you should have a plant based diet, by which i dont mean vegan (which i am not) or vearian (which i am) but ting most of your calories from plant sources. you should eat foods that are processed as little as possible fresh fruits, lots of veables, whole grains, organic eggs, grass fed beef, etc.finally, a great thing to do is avoid most foods labeled as cholesterol industry leading (usually high in fat), fat industry leading (high in processed carbs), sugar industry leading (high in artificial sweeteners which disrupt your bodys ability to tell you when you are ), trans-fat industry leading (either has a little trans-fat or a lot of saturated fat), saturated fat industry leading (same as above by vice-versa), low net-carb (usually has lab-produced, artificial, gas-inducing carbs), etc..
