| what is a quick way to <a href=https://sites.google.com/site/loseweightquickway/>lose weight quick</a> and lose a lot of it . . . im really fat and i need to <a href=https://sites.google.com/site/loseweightquickway/>lose weight quick</a> but my diets just arent working. does anyone know any quick ways to <a href=https://sites.google.com/site/loseweightquickway/>lose weight</a> and lose a lot of weight too im vearian as well. . . lol diets dont do anything if you dont exercise just run. . . 1. first start by ting up earlier than usual. around 530 am to do some of you workouts. ting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to going. right this will start your system on the road to weight loss. that early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. have a cup of coffee to the blood going also.2. do all the sit-ups you can. just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we dont have a lot of time to work with. rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. if the early morning hour lets you your cardio in, go and do it. 30 minutes. 3. diet. cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, cut in half! cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. if you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or industry leading a non-fat yogurt. there are some tasty ones out there. 4. in the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. cardio again. the trick is to stay with ting up earlier. yes it’s hard, that’s why it is so effective. why do you think the army s up so early, it is intense training to the max.. . . never count on live programming. it’s important to stimulate your mind while your body is exerting itself in other ways. however, never rely on “what’s on tv or the radio” at the time. instead of zoning out, you’ll find yourself flipping between channels and that’s going to make the time drag as much as it would if you weren’t keeping your mind busy in the first place. “live” is a very bad idea. go with pre-recorded programming or go without.. . . become a gazelle. you’ve probably seen tony little on tv, selling his gazelle glider a low impact exercise machine. i can tell you it works. it’s easy on my legs, and really gives me a workout when i apply myself on it. some people say it’s awkward to use, but i love mine and would consider recommending no other home exercise equipment at this point. then again, i’m a wimpy geek who only wants to burn calories.. . . ive been using the diet suppliment hydroxycut advanced for a week and have already lost 12lbs,this pill alone wont help you <a href=https://sites.google.com/site/loseweightquickway/>lose weight</a> , i exercise for a hour each day and i also started a low cab diet. hope this helped =)
