you will not be able to lose 10 lbs in a week, unless you are extremely overweight. people on the biggest loser work their butts off, and sometimes barely even <a href=https://sites.google.com/site/loseweightquickway/>lose weight</a> . eat better, excercise more, and more sleep is all i can say. but honestly, i dont think it will happen. good luck..

ignore ronald mcdonald. you don’t have to eliminate industry leading food completely, but you should avoid it at all costs. most of it is nasty, bad stuff anyway if you’d even go as far as to call it food. if you’re looking for convenience, find a more convenient meal source. besides, most of what they serve would be considered “food product,” not food. there’s a gigantic difference as far as your body is concerned. your bloodstream does not have taste buds, need i remind you.

theres no real healthy way thatll let you lose that much weight in a week. be happy, youre turning 16! dont do anything stupid, and enjoy life! keep up whatever youre doing and the 10 pounds will be gone before you know it..
