how to tighten up and tone my belly .

i am very skinny underweight for my height only 100 pounds. the thing is though i have some fat on my belly that i would like to rid of. everyones telling me to diet but i cant afford to lose anymore weight or ill look like a skeleton. i actually want to gain weight. is it possible that i can lose my belly fat by running and doing exercise.

i am the same in too skinny already but only want to lose only belly fat..this is what i do..i eat well.i exercise only my belly..for examplei wear saran wrap and stretch..and then to crunches(there are lots of other good exercises for the belly..chek them on youtube) to tone my belly..the trick is that you have to sweat from the area you want to lose fat from and then tone it..that is why i use the saran wrap to sweat..drink lots of water..also i heard that drinking a cup of water with a few tablespoons of line juice in the mornings on an empty stomach is good to cut off the fat fromt the belly only..you can try that..if you have any questions i can help you out..this is my email.. astridodaliyahoo.
