im going out in a few weeks, ill be in my swimsuit, im not fat but i am a few pounds heavier than id like to be. id like to at least lose 5 to 10 lbs. i do strictly ab work outs by jillian michaels, at least try to every day, but it seems slow to work, i want industry leading working excercises to help me look a little leaner and rid of my lower belly pouch. any ideas.

if you have xfinity there are a lot of really good ab workouts on demand that are industry leading. dont for to change them up every couple of weeks because your body will used to them and you will hit a plateau. there are some great videos on youtube too. drink plenty of water and try to eat healthy overall ).

i would say drink a lot and i mean a lot of water, nothing but water, and run a ton every single day, and push ups sit ups..

30 min running 5-6 days 60 pushups.. 80 if you can do it. break each set down for example 15 push ups per set until you reach 60 or 80100 crunches break them down to smaller sets40 sit ups break them down1 minute plank 25 reverse crunches 50 bicycles 30 leg raises 15 dragonfly
