ok, i struggle with my weight to and this is what ive done. eat out less, you would be suprised how many calories you save by just eating at home. walk about 30-60 minutes a day and drink plenty of water. limit your bread intake and increade your fruits and veggies. maybe add a few situps a few days a week. do it in little steps, dont try to change too much at one time. hope this helps...
