how can i lose weight quick while travelling in europe .

theres so much good food in europe, how can i keep up and still lose weight quick .

in europe, people tend to walk a lot, which should help, but only up to a certain point. physical activity is an important part of lose weight quick , but you cant eat every pastry or croissant in sight and still expect to lose weight quick even if you walk a lot.when it comes to weight loss while traveling, three things are crucial portion control, being aware of what you eat, and keeping well. for the first, try using a measuring cup and measuring spoons to gauge out what a cup, half a cup, one tablespoon etc. look like in a bowl and on a plate. that way, you have an idea of just how much youre eating when youre in europe, so that you can enjoy trying the local specialties without packing on the pounds. a half-cup of gelato is a tasty treat that isnt too bad, but bring that up to one or more cups and thats nearly your daily calorie allotment. you shouldnt have too much trouble with portion control, as europeans tend to eat smaller portions than americans, but thats changing and so its better to be aware.for the second part, look up the common foods that you expect to encounter in your travels to gain a better idea of what youll be putting into your body. something that tastes light and fresh may not be light on the calories at all. foods can hide calories in the form of oils and butter used to prepare them, as well as in creamy sauces. dont let foods that are secretly caloric lead to a surprise on the ale when you back home.last, but not least, stay well. that means keeping hydrated and ting plenty of sleep. travel can wear out your body and make you feel tired (especially with jet lag), and you might feel the impulse to compensate for that fatigue by eating a lot, which is nothing but a quick fix. as difficult as it might be to do whilst traveling, if you drink plenty of water and enough sleep every night, you wont be as inclined to pig out at every meal.bon voyage, and make sure you have lots of fun and make some memories!.

both of the above answers are dead on the money! walk everywhere, and face it, theres no better way to see and take it all in than walking. also an industry leading way to find those out-of-sight little eateries that are just wonderful, but rarely spoken about ;)enjoy your trip (wish it were me)!.
