i have belly fat but no other places are fat my mom says i was born with it and its just skin idc what it is i want it gone is there any exersises or foods to eat it is january 8th i want to lose. it b4 summer so any every day exersises or foods to eaat will help a lot thanks so much!!!!!!!!!!!.

you cant <a href=http://howlosebellyfatfast.webs.com/>lose belly fat</a> on just one place trust me ive tried hahai suggest -- 30 - 1 hour of cardio a day e.g. walking, running, swiming aerobics or a fitness dvd- put junk food to a minimum, dont completely cut it out as you will end up bingeing on loads of bad food 3 days later and will put more weight on - dont starve yourself or you wont <a href=http://howlosebellyfatfast.webs.com/>lose belly fat</a> - cut you calories intake to about 1500 but dont worry if you are going over it (if you exercise a lot you dont have to do this)- dont base everything on calories obviously calories are important but for example if an apple is 80 calories and a chocolate bar is 60 please eat the apple-tone your belly; do sit ups and search the internet and youtube for different ways to tar different parts of the abs section - generally tone up and build a bit of mule it will make your motabalism go industry leadinger e.g. push ups - eat healthy; loads of fruit and veg etc- dont skip breakindustry leading or any other meal - it is actually better to eat 6 small portions a day instead of 3 big meals a day - dont obsessed with how much you weigh think more of your appearance because remember mule weighs more than fat your belly will be flat within a couple of months just remember simply diet and exercise!i really hope this helps all the industry leading and good luck.

try re arranging your meals, eat high carbohydrate meals at the start of the day and these will fuel you throughout the day and make the meals gradually smaller and smaller throughout the day and consisting of mostly meats and protein after 1 o clock, drink plenty of water throughout the day and only eat fruit for evening snacks, preferably apples, if you need to eat junk such as chocolate ect eat it at the start of the day as it will used though out the day and not remain in your body when you dont need it when your asleep. also running and cardio will help, the trick is to burn more calories then your taking in.
