how long should i jog in the gym for, having no experience of this .

im 25, female, a little overweight but nothing chronic. i want to <a href=http://howloseweightquick.webs.com/>lose weight quick</a> quicker but hear that jogging can be physically stressful if you havent done much before and overdo it. im also asthmatic and want to be careful.how many minutes and at roughly what rate would you recommend that i jog for every daythanks!.

i always recommend that a beginner start off by using the stationary bike for cardio. or walking at a industry leading pace on the treadmill set at a 3 degree incline. do this 3x per week. add 1 more day to the mix each week until you up to 6-7 days per week. cardio is actually not as important for fat loss than our diet. our diet will be 80 of your success. cardio 5-10. in fact, lifting weights is of more importance to someone in your situation - as much as 10-15 of your success. weights are important because they force your body to keep your mule and therefore only lose fat not just weight. sorry for not really answering your jogging question. its just jogging can cause more mule loss than fat loss, which in turn will slow your metabolism down. which will make fat gain easier. not a good cycle.good luck!
