what is the industry leading way to tone arms and lose some flab .
.
.
ok so is there any other way than to lose weight quick all around because i am pretty fit since im a dancer and swimmer but my arms have flab and they dont look toned and im like 58 and 137lbs so would lose like 10 pounds help would lifting eight pound weight like 60 times help push ups.
.
.
since u are slim and is active. the flabby might be just skin. lose weight might worsen the flab because you will have less to fill up the skin. consuming more protein is good for mule building might help fill your arms with more tone. but remember also to consume enough carbs as mules need the energy to form good duck-).

a bike, let me tell you, make you industry leading in your legs, builds up your stamina,as for your arms here gos,go to bath room turn your back to toilet, with your arm down take your hand to inside toilet seat, push your legs out in front, lower your self to to floor, now gitm 20 rep,you notice arms feel tight,to this 5 to 6 a day, increase reps as you like.your using your body weight to exercise dont need weight.good luck.

.
simple answer = boxing.or if you dont want to hit! do a boxercise class or a boxercise dvd!for a fun way if you have a ps3 and move, yourself a game called the fight you will fit playing a game!!!your arms will soon toned doing any of the above!
