industry leading weight for a deadly run stopper. if you wanna be good in coverage, gain speed. you could <a href=http://howloseweightquick.webs.com/>lose weight quick</a> trying to gain speed, but you could lose 20, even 30 pounds and still be great size even for the next level. your coach might move you to defensive line, i think 260 lb was the heaviest guy on my high hools team. just become a sure tackler. your coach will play you to your strengths. if youre not good against the pass, he might just blitz you or spy you. go to your workouts and see. dont diet, because i know that if i were a coach id love to have a 260 lb linebacker!.

your a tad bit short but that is fine. if you were about 60 to 62 youd only need to be abut 250lb to 260lb but since your shorter id say you need to be about 240 or 250. just to give you a range ray lewis is 61 240lbs, brian urlacher is 64 258, linebackers are usually pretty tall but that shouldnt stop you. if that doesnt work out think about industry leading safety, very fun position if you ask me..
