i read that crunches wont make my stomach fat go away, and will only add mule to that areado i need to do cardio to lose that belly fat will cardio and crunches be a better option.

cardio is the answer, it is only through cardiop that the fat canbe burned away. cruches are good for building ab mules but it wont make the blubber disappear..

cardio melts the fat away but 60 of how you look is based off what you eat. so if youre wanting to loose some weight id try to eat foods with less carbs and sugars.

i would say if burning fat cardio is better, but then what your eat also matters..
