what do they do on the biggest loser to lose so much weight so quick .

i was watching the biggest loser tonight and interested to know what they do to lose the weight. it was 16 weeks and they lost over 100 pounds! how much do they work out daily and what is their caloric intake thanks a lot..

they work out between 6-8 hours every day. they also need to fuel their bodies with good carbs, fats and proteins to keep it going. they also only drink water and milk. they are burning so many calories and many of them have the way of thinking that they need to diet and slow down their caloric intake because thats what weve been taught all of our life to <a href=https://sites.google.com/site/loseweightquickway/>lose weight quick</a> . the trainers have to pound it into their heads that they must continuously eat or else their bodies will shut down and stop <a href=https://sites.google.com/site/loseweightquickway/>lose weight quick</a> . it will feel like the body is being deprived. when they continue to fuel their bodies, the body will continue to burn fat at a high rate..

well first of all when your that much overweight, you can walk up a flight of stairs and lose a poundbut the dramatic change in lifestyle is most important they also have controlled diets which is 70 of success anywaythen they work out constantly think about itquit your jobhoolresponsibilities and just work on your fitness for 4 months, youll shape up too 5-7lbs a week when your in such a controlled environment isnt that hard starting at 400lbs- they calculate the caloric intake every week or so due to the weight loss and body type they also work out 5times a week maybe 2-a-days.everything they do is circuit training (industry leading pace with weights) or cardiolove that show.
