i am female, 56, and weigh 137. my measurements are bust 36, waist 29, belly 37 (!!!!), hips 40, and each thigh is 23.5 inches. i have a lingerie photoshoot coming up next week for my fiances wedding gift, and i dont want this big bloated belly for it. i was wondering if anyone knnew of any quick ways to <a href=https://sites.google.com/site/loseweightquickway/>lose weight</a> and bloat in the next 9 days i dont care if i gain it back after the dietdetoxcleanse is over, i just want to look great for the pictures ) does anyone have any recomendations or suggestions i dont have much time, so i want something effective to start with. thanks so much!!.

milk of magnesia and a lot of water i kid you not, yesterday morning i weighed myself and it was 120, and i took milk of magnesia and i weighed myself this morning and it was 118.. i lost literally 2 pounds in one night still paying the price but at least im not feeling bloated anymore! lol.. p.

the first and most important rule to loosing weigh is to not starve yourself or take fad diet pills, they will only make you unhealthy and can seriously damage your body. try to change what you eat, have more fruits and veables and drink plenty of water. try to avoid red meat and any processed foods (especially those with high sodium levels). for exercise, try to do intense 5 minute sessions of pushups and crunches. i hope this helps, and remember to love yourself no matter what your size. good luck!.
