Assassins creed 2 crash my computer

My rig has P5E3 professional mother board, 2 crossfired asus EAH 5770, 4gb ram (kingston 1600) and then a e8500 (3.16 Ghz) processor overclocked to three.8 but the FPS isn't perfect. I've went all of those other games, from bioshock2, masseffect 2,Dragon age, prototype they only need to cause 2 with all of the graphs max in 1680 1050 and excellent FPS. Assassin's creed is actually overrated for one game title basically has sucky graph engine.
