hi i have no time to exercise but i want to how to <a href=http://www.howfastlosebellyfat.com/>lose belly fat fast</a> . the fat around the mid section is very ugly and i found a lot of methods but they all involve a lot of exercise. i dont have time and not in the industry leading of health to exercise. what should i do.

the only way to loose fat belly is to loose weight in general. you cant tar areas for reduction of fat with exercise, and anyone who tells you otherwise is wrong. exersizing will only build mule there, it wont rid of the fat itself.if you want to loose weight (and the belly fat), your calorie consumption has to be lower than what you burn through the day..

eat less and when you do eat wait 15 minutes for all the nutrients to absorb and then make yourself vomit out all the excess. or just stop being so lazy and make time to exercise, your health will improve as you become more active..
