how much quicker will i <a href=https://sites.google.com/site/loseweightquickway/>lose weight</a> strength training .
.

right now my current exercise regime is walking at 3.5 mph approx. 7 mins to warm up in the beginning and cool down at the end and 10-15 minutes of running around 4.5 mph monday-friday (i just run until i become short of breath and feel like i am ting worn out) and on saturdays i still walk to warm upcool down but i run as far as i absolutely can until i burn out. i am a new runner trying to in shape so i still cant make it very far, but i have been making progress. on sundays i recover from pushing myself so hard the day before and do not exercise at all.im wondering if i began lifting weights three days a week (instead of walkingrunning those days) would i burn fat quicker than if i stuck to my current regime would it be better to continue running on those three days and simply life weights in addition to thati dont want to push my body too far. just looking for the most efficient method to burn some fat. i have never strength trained before so i do not have much in terms of mule weight so i think all of my excess weight is fat. id like to lose about 25 - 35 lbs of fat. im a 52 female, currently weight 152 lbs. would like to weigh 125 or less (depending on if i gain mule weight i suppose).any advice on this or anyone who has had success with a particular exercise routine thanks!.

weight training will add lean tissue which in turn, burns more calories. you could cut back on the running some but dont give it up altoher. just look for a beginning weight training program. theyre all over the internet, but dont try to overdo it. it is near impossible to weight train your whole body in one workout. break it up into 2-3 parts.
