| whats the industry leading way to lose 10 lbs . . . im 510 and i weigh approx 180 lbs.yeah, ive got a bit of a gut on me.so whats the industry leading way to <a href=https://sites.google.com/site/loseweightquickway/>lose weight</a> which is better for weight loss cardio or toning mules. . . exercise around an hour everyday and eat healthy. check your weight after a month or two.. . . short loosing an arm swim and watch what you eat.. . . dont drink!!!! till you dizzy!!!! eat salad only!!!!. . . eat 1800 calories a day for 2 weeks. you will lose 10-20 lbs. this only works at the beginning, after that you start lose about 1-2 lbs. per week, which is still pretty good.. . . involve yourself in a cardiovaular sport such as, running, cardio kick-boxing, or swimming. eat alot of green veables. keep your self hydrated with water, no gatorade or powerade, only water.cardio burns the fat, even though toning mule burns more calories, cardio is better!. . . ok im an aussie so i work in kilos but i think 10lbs is a bit far fetched, youre going to dissapoint yourself (although that is based on my maths skills) i have lost about 3 kilos (6 or 7lbs i think) in 6 weeks after i started at a gym. i got personal trainer to map me out a program and basically i do weights about 2 days a week, but never two days in a row, with 30 mins of cardio still each time i do weights and then maybe one or two classes a week that are cardio. if you want to <a href=https://sites.google.com/site/loseweightquickway/>lose weight</a> and slight toning do lower weights with more reps (so like 36 kilo weight with 15 reps 3 times with a 30 second rest in between) also dont judge it all on how much you weigh because mule weighs more than fat, i can back into my fav jeans without having to lay down on the bed to do them up. good luck i hope i helped.
