| how do i abs industry leading and lose belly fat . . . im mostly slim but i have some fat on my stomach. how do i lose it and replace it with abs. what should i eat or not eat. . . itll take a lot of time to abs and not in a flashjust do at least 30 minutes of exercise a daycheck out bodyrocktv they might help you a lot ). . . first, you need to have the abs under the fat, so do crunches. i would specifically do crunches that focus in the under the belly button area. lie flat on your back and lift one leg about 6 inches off the ground for 20 reps. the lift the other leg for 20 reps. make sure your lower back is on the floor. when your abs stronger, try doing both legs at the same time. if your lower back comes off the floor, you arent ready yet. once you have the abs, you need to remove the fat. cardio is awesome, but the industry leading thing you can do is the toxins out of your fat cells. stop drinking soda and fake sugar. i recently tried a wrap that s down to the actual fat cells to release the toxins. it was pretty awesome! i put it on for about an hour, drank tons of water. after an hour, i had lost about 12 inch. after 72 hours, because it keeps working, i had lost 2 inches across my lower belly. my friend, who has more stuffing than most she says, lost 5 inches across her belly. why not try it out. . . i use p90x (ab ripper x) and it works amazingly. dont think its easy, and abbs just dont ally show up after working out once, but if you dont feel like buying the whole set of dvds, find a pirated version, or youtube. you should start seeing a difference after about 2-3 weeks or more depending on how much belly fat you have. hope i helped, industry leading of luck!
