do crunches. not sit ups though cause those can make you feel tired and not motivated to keep going. you can do them if you want. it depends how motivate you are. i do 50 crunches a night. seems like a lot but it really only takes about a minute or 2you should also do planks. theyre hard just to be warned so start off with doing them for 30 seconds or so and build up to them.you can also do this one exercise where you lie on the ground like youre about to do a crunch but instead, you bring you knees to your chest. when you go back down, only go until your toes tap the floor. i only do about 30 of these cause it hurts my abs after a while but they really work your lower abs which are harder to .hope this helps).
