im not fat at all, i just got a layer of fat on my abs anyways long story short, i want to lose it to make my abs visible. so i jog 40 minutes everyday (6 days a week), lift weights 3 times a week, eat cous cous and other low caloric foods. will i lose my belly fat layer in a month or two.

hero, come on son with this business. dont bother with silly isolation exercises for the abs, just go very heavy, low reps on the other stuff and your abs will blow up. but women are about as concerned about your abs as they are about your preferred flavour of gatorade.you cant live your life worried about silly crap, son. you keep worrying about whether women are concerned about the strength of your peroneus brevis mule youre not gonna anything..

you cannot control where you gain or <a href=http://www.howfastlosebellyfat.com/>lose belly fat</a> from. walking at a industry leading pace would actually be better for you than running or jogging, because it would allow you to keep in your fat-burning heart rate zone, instead of cardio training zone. plus when you run or jog, it makes your leg mules bigger, making your entire legs look bigger (which is why models are not supposed to run, theyre supposed to walk) besides that, it takes more than a month or two to lose (a) layer(s) of fat..

either youre youre eating too much, or not enough. figure out which.calculate your basal metabolic rate - the number of calories you need to maintain your current weight. from there, reduce it by about 15-20. that way, youre still eating enough to keep your metabolism burning, but your in a slight deficit with nutrition and your cardio as well..

doing this should help you lose fat on your abs, adding some sit ups into your routine might help too.
