WORSE PLACE EVER!!! DON NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS PLACE. MY FIRST TIME EVER PURCHASING CONTACTS THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOUR A MORON BECAUSE YOU ASK QUESTIONS. THEY ARE SOOOO! OVER PRICED. THEY SOLD ME A PAIR OF GLASSES WHICH I HAD TO WAIT A WEEK FOR AND WHEN FINALLY RECIEVED YOU CAN TELL THAT THEY WERE USED BECAUSE THEY WERE BROKEN. THE CONTACTS THAT I BOUGHT FOR THE (YEAR!) HURT ME AND I CAN NOT WEAR THEM. THEY WILL NOT RETURN NOR REPLACE WITH THE CORRECT BRAND. THEY GAVE ME A TRAIL PAIR OF THE CORRECT CONTACT BRAND THAT I DID NEED HOWEVER WONT GIVE ME THE MEASUREMENTS FOR THEM UNTIL I PAY TO BE REEXAMEN AND MUST PURCHASE THE CONTACTS THROUGHT THEM. The doctor > Dr. I LOOK CROSS EYED!! The doctor and the sales rep. I agree with this person before, I ordered contacts they told me it was $250.00 we had to pay upfrontso they can order it big mistake.
I went to this store looking for a brand name pair of sunglasses. From what I saw on display they had a nice selection, but the only problem is that the females that work there are not there to assist you. I didn get the name of the one that was supposely assisting me, but she was the youngest looking one out the crew. They were to busy talking to each other and putting stuff away and little do they know thanks to them this store lost a customer that was ready to spend $500 for a nice pair of sunglasses. I will never buy anything from this store. These stores in the Bronx need to train their ghetto staff customer service skills. The economy is not good at all and they losing customers which equals sales, and then they have the nerve to complain.
