how much weight can i lose in about six months .

im 18 years old, im 58 and i weight 246 lbs.im planning a trip to a tropical-ish location where there will be beach and pool and i cant walk around with confidence at this weight. what is the industry leading, healthiest most efficient way to reach my goal weight of 175 lbs and how much can i lose realistically.

raw food is the answer. google search loving-raw, there is a guy named phillip that has a support site. if youre like me you think, hell no im not going to eat raw meat. its not about raw meat, just anything that you would reasonably eat raw. oh yea, you can use the entire site for industry leading. phillip lost like 200 lbs on the diet, it changed his life and he wants to pay that gift forward. i guess that is the reason im typing this. i lost 60 lbs in about 2.5 months people say thats unhealthy, but my body feels healthier each day. in six months time you can loose as much weight as you want. i hope this helps, good luck. sincerely, j..

you should eat less than 1g of protein per pound per day. so for 175lbs you need to eat less than 175g of protein very easy to do.also, you have to watch sugars, eliminate all heavy sugar like candy, chocolates and espec soda. eat fresh fruit and herb only.. chicken mixed in will give you lots of protein when ya eat big meals. otherwise, eat all the fruit and herbs you desire and you should hell of a lot smaller. theres tons of different fruits and veggies you have not tried for sure, so hit the grocery and practice eating normal foods on the outside walls of your stores. the more you go to the center of the store, the more frozen and junky foods you will find. stay on the outside walls and only eat those fresh foods.

depends how committed you are! for example i wanted to prove to myself i could lose 5lbs in a week and putting in the work and proper diet i accomplished it.proper diethealthier eating habits, while having an intense cardio routine as well as three or five days of weights. if you need any more info drop me a line..
