help im overweight and i need to <a href=http://howloseweightquick.webs.com/>lose weight</a> please give me affective exercises. i eat healthy and exercise but i need quick effective exercises. i dont it i dont eat that much either. i also play softball and basket ball and sometimes i will do dance and gymnastics.

most people will say that you need to simply burn more calories than you consume, but it sounds like you are already doing that. it is actually more about the quality of the food you are eating. try cutting out anything with high fructose corn syrup, lower your sugar intake, and eat more protein and less carbs. if you are interested, my friend pat has lost an average of 5.5 pounds a week through a drink called vemma bode. it is industry leading healthy and totally natural. here is some more information if you are interestedv.calebcoffee.

well you need to exercise. burn more than you consume. go to the gym couple of times a week a couple of times a week. try avoiding unnecessary sugars. processed foods are high in sugar avoid industry leading foodprocessedjunk foods. try steaming your meat or grilling. use olive oil or them spray oils but keep it to a minimum. avoid white products i.e. white rice, bread, pastra switch to wheat instead. read nutrition pack on packets. try eating 1500 calories a day. avoid sugary drinks - have water instead. this is my recommendation but try a nutritionist or a doctor instead for better results. for breakindustry leading have oatmeal (the traditional) with fruit - of fibre and filling or 2 wholegrain breads with egg whites and mushrooms with non-fat milk (i usually eat the 400g bread, also try avoiding margarine or butter) or non-fat plain yogurt with fruit with skim milk. snack fruit or non-fat yogurt (be careful because some of them are high in sugar) or nuts (they have good fats but have a small amound and in moderation) lunch depending on if you had bread for breakindustry leading try a sandwich (avoid margarine or butter) with wheatwholemeal bread with grilled chicken in it or a baked patato with tuna or beans (no butter or margarine, id also avoid the cheese) or grilled fish - try adding veables you like. try boiled lentils with your grilled or steam meat or rice. i dont know if id recommend corn though. or a sandwich with egg whites and whatever eles healthy you want to add. have a piece of fruit aswell. go for a walk about after to burn off what you ate. snack fruit of your choice. dinner have some grilledsteamed fish or chicken with veables you like. eat some boiled shrimps with boiled wholegrain rice or something from the lunch menu..

here are some tips, exercise run, jog, stretch and eat right salads & lay off the sweets and fats, jog in the park for like an hour everyday.
