how can i lose 5 pounds before monday .

im going to meps on monday for the army and i weigh 173 im assuming with all my clothes off, with them on im at 177. i need some advice on how i can <a href=http://howloseweightquick.webs.com/>lose weight</a> pretty quick because i have to down to 168so any help would be fantastic..

a lot of any aerobic exercise.since you want to loose it before monday, you are probably going to have to work really hard, so i suggest running or biking for long periods of time each day, if you work hard enough, the pounds will be off before you know it..
