ive been drinking strictly water, working out 4 times a week, trying to do 30 min cardio everyday, and keeping my calorie intake 1,000 calores less than the regular amount. ive been doing this for almost 2 weeks so im just wondering how much weight i could lose in 5 months. and wondering how well id be in shape by then too..
