is it good to lose weight before i start weight training. .

i am 28 years of age. i am 5 foot 7 ins. now i am 85kg weight but in the last 5 months i have lost 6 kg.i was thinking of ting my bmi down to normal figures before i start my weight training. so i am looking on lose about 10kg more before i hit the weights hard. i am worried at the fact if i start weight training i will never lose the fat..

dont worry, working out will burn fat and build mule. when your mules grow, they burn all the fat around them, and the more muular you become, the quicker and easier youll burn fat. sort yourself out a solid training split, make sure your workouts last at least 40 minutes, and 60 minutes max. id recommend you work out 5 times a week, and switch your work outs every third week, you need to keep mixing it up to shock your mules into growing, rather than repeating the same work outs every week as your mules will used to it. hope i helped, good luck!.

a couple of truths concerning weight loss- it is not healthy to shed weight too quickly. pace yourself. tar for 1 or 2 pounds weekly.- simply because some food is healthy and balanced doesnt mean you can eat all that you would like. you need to keep a calorie deficit to lose weight quick .- exercise has a persistent effect. exercise you do now can burn calories for the whole day.good luck
