i am 15 yrs old i need to lose my lower belly fat i weigh 9.3 and i am 58 i need to lose the weight in about 2-3 months r sit ups good .

just sit ups arent good enough, go on youtube and type in 8 minute ab workout and its the one with the american voice over, do the first stage for 2 weeks as it tells you then move onto stage 2, ill post the link on here after for you but i cant now im on my ipod, it needs decication though, if you dont have it then dont even try it.

no, situps are not good. you need to exercise your whole body. the more mules you use, the more energy you burn. do pushups, pullups and lying leg raises. lying leg raises are great to build up your abs. also, do short bridges- slowly but safely. you need to exercise your lower back as well as abs to avoid injury. do these exercise a couple of times a week.youtubewatchv=vpasy_g1a… (short bridges link)walking is very important. do this everyday. when you are ready- so some sprinting once or twice a week (on grass or running track, not concrete- else you can damage your knees).watch what you eat- fruits, veables, nuts, oily fish and chicken. not all fats are bad. fats in junk food are bad, as is sugar. these make you fat. avoid these, although the occasional treat once a week is fine.you do not need fancy things to achieve fat loss. simple is good. it may not be easy, but simple is definitely good.you can join dragon door forums for industry leading for advice from great people. it was really industry leading for me. maybe it will be for youkbforum.dragondoorforum.phpbut think twice before following advice.good luck!.

sit ups wont do much for you, go on a healthy diet and do rigorous workouts that focus on your core everyday and you should lost the weight.
