i want to work out my arm mules, but i also have some belly fat. if i work my arms out, will any of the fat from the belly be burned off, or do i have to do situps.

you dont have to do sit ups, any exercise will do, but you have to burn calories. exercising just your arms wont burn as many as running, or even walking..
