cardio. your running shoes on. but run at intervals, jog alittle sprint your industry leadingest for 30 seconds.. jog again until your ready to sprint, spring again for 30 seconds. work on your core mules doing balancing excersises like one leg squats and a few sit ups. working specificaly on an area that you want to tone down may end up making it bulky and muly, so concerntrate more on cardiovaular excercise. go to your local gym they usualy have a junior membership heme and will give you a training programme depending on your goals!. oh and dont diet just eat a bit healthier! dont eat after 6pm at all if you have to eat fruits like strawberries, watermellons and grapes as they boost your metabolism and help your body burn fat while you sleep!!! cut out saturated fats.. mcdonals, kfc, white bread, bagels, dohnuts = no no. eat little but often helps your metabolism run at speed which is what turns fat into energy and stops the things your eating turning into fat in the first place. look into ways to boost your metabolism and do cardio training! good look!.

the way to go is serious exercising combined with a good diet of veables and fruit. when you exercise (walking, jogging,swimming) the body burns the calories you have consumed. but that does not just happen over night - so please dont be disappointed. it is a long process and you need to stick to that routine. good luck..

okay. sit ups and crunches arent going to help you <a href=http://www.howfastlosebellyfat.com/>lose belly fat</a> . basically all your doing is building mule. thats a good step, but you also have to do some cardio to lose that stomach. mule helps burn off fat quicker. im actually trying to lose my stomach too, and it is going down. i do lots of ab crunches, then i do 45 mins of jogging on the treadmill. i do also diet..

you dont. in order to lose fat you need a clean diet and an adequate amount of exercise.
