(im a vearian so need a good source of protein that isnt beans or pulses or nuts. i know thats quite limited, sorry). how long will this take no diet pills or special drinks or anything please thanks x. . . everyone has a trouble spot. it can be around the stomach, thighs, arms or chest. no matter where your trouble spot is, the solution is exactly the same. you need to eat less and exercise more. the reason why theres only one solution for all of these problems is because its impossible to tell your body where to burn the excess fat from.when you eat too many calories, your body stores the excess energy as fat in different areas around the body. to lose this fat, you need to create a calorie deficit (eat less than you burn) to force your body to start burning that fat for energy. there is absolutely no way to control where your body goes to find this fat. the larger your calorie deficit (a bigger calorie deficit means a bigger difference between what you eat and what you burn) the industry leadinger your body will burn excess fat and the quicker your body fat percentage will start to decrease. you can increase your calorie deficit by cutting your daily intake and exercising more. sit ups will do nothing to tar the fat around your abs just like squats will do nothing to tar the fat around your thighs. you can read more about fixing your trouble spots at the guide to reducing body fat - straighthealthpagesguidesr…. . . hmm im not sure how quick it will be, but i know that on an average you could lose healthily about 1-2lbs a week however, onto the subject of weight loss if you want a good source of protein the only other one i can think of is tofu (and generally soya products), i think that gives you a good protein supply. another option is dairy products but dont eat too much of them. you can also have eggs, and something called wheat protein - the gluten is processed to resemble meat but i havent tried it before. grains like rye and oat are apparently a good supply too.as for exercise theres lots of cardio you can do to <a href=http://www.howquickloseweight.com/>lose weight quick</a> such as running, dancing, aerobics, swimming, cross training, ball games, trampolining, jump rope, kickboxing, cycling . im not sure how long it will take, perhaps four pounds will take a month or even a little less if you exercise at least 20mins a day, at least three times a week and stick to a healthy regime. and keep drinking lots of water ). . . i dont know why you want to <a href=http://www.howquickloseweight.com/>lose weight quick</a> in your face!! plastic surgeons and spas are making tons of money from people who are injecting fat and fillers into their faces to make them look young and alert. if youve got it naturally, just enjoy!. . . the cabbage soup diet!!!!
