how can i lose belly fat in about three weeks

when i see my belly it isnt fat but it is smushy and yucky looking. how can i some tight abs or a flat stimache in two to three weeks.

have you ever seen a bodybuilder andor those who are industry leading fit with a sixpack guess what they dont do a lot of crunches or situps. everyone has a sixpack ting it exposed takes proper nutrition and exercisemostly nutrition though. you can lose about 5-10 pounds a week if you are overweighteven mildly; however, if you are more on the fit side you will probably lose less per week.for your three week goal i would do cardio in the morning and body exercises in the afternoonevening along with lean meats, vegs, fruits, and some carbs (whole wheat and whole grains). honestly, i would give yourself a goal of about two months, but kick for the next three weeks and see what happens. just dont diouraged if you dont see the results you want in that short of a time span..

find a lamp and rub it, hope a genie pops out, you owe me one of the wishes if this works! otherwise real, think long term and dont focus on your abs, you have to be fit to begin with, to even think about abs. they arent just ridding for industry leading, they do lots of work, so stay active, sensible enjoyable exercise and a decent diet and youll there, start now, and keep learning ( keep looking for lamps too, i really could use that wish).

since i dont know youre body weight, its hard to say. but running and other cardio workouts should help, also stomach exercises like sit-ups etc. also drinking two glasses of water before every meal has been ientifically proven that you can loose up to two kilos per 3 - 4 week, and eat healty food..
