Don't misunderstand me, your hardware is still first class, however, not exactly perfect top notch gaming at this current time, also in the design from the jawhorse Ubisoft fails to give 2 hoots about PC customers, their forums are rich in complaints about lag and poor performance even on rigs with CF7970s and SLI 680s which are generally overlooked, they like to pretend because just about every problem whatsoever :
