you can loose a ton of weight really quick by doing a lot cardio such as running, biking, swimming and pretty much anything that s your heart rate up and makes you sweat! do it for 30 mins or more for 5 days a week. i promise you will loose weight. also, you should do it for yourself to be healthy and feel your industry leading! good luck!.

easy. go running everyday. do push-ups and sit-ups. eat lots of fresh fruit and veables, and limit any form of animal products (hamburgers, meat, anything with cream or cheese, ice cream) because theyre of harmful fats.but start the exercise gradually if youre unfit, or youll just diouraged. years ago i followed a program by tim noakes and i just found it on the net. here it isbrianmac.co.uklongdisttphma…ive changed to other forms of exercise since, but im still fit, and it started there. )edit oops, sorry, that program is for people who are already fit and training for half marathon. mine started with 20 minutes walk, and later alternating walking and running - e.g. 4 minutes walk, 1 minute run for 20 to 25 minutes for one week, then 3 minutes walk, 2 minutes run for a week, then 2 walk, 3 run, etc. until youre running for 20 to 30 minutes. note that resting days are just as important. that is when your mules recover and build up, as well as your aerobic system.
