i would like to know how to lose wight before christmas. i do about 2-3 hours of vigorous exercise a week, and i am counting my calories with a daily calorie counter, and cutting out on junk food. how can i <a href=https://sites.google.com/site/loseweightquickway/>lose weight</a> quicker x.
