by light daily exercise, i mean one that can be done at home without the need of any special machines and does not take up too much time, like 30 minutes at maximum. also, i heard that doing exercises like sit ups and crunches do not help to how to <a href=http://www.howfastlosebellyfat.com/>lose belly fat</a> , is that true.

youre gonna have to diet a little too unfortunately. 90 of weight loss is based on diet and the rest on excersise because of how relatively little we burn according to the time spent and what we eat throighout the day. for example you can do some walking for an hourthats a long time to be walking and you dont want to exhaust yourself, but at the same time the most you will probably burn in about 200 calories. excersising is good for your body and health in general so definetly dont skip out on it, but if youre trying to lose 10 pounds in a month, eat betterdont think of it as a diet.. just cut back on all the unhealthy stuff you eat and introduce new healthier options. you could find something you really like to eat thats also good for you!.
