i am a high hool girl who is in many clubs and no sports. i am overweight and would like to <a href=http://howloseweightquick.webs.com/>lose weight quick</a> in a healthy way and without pills or any other things. what would you all suggest.

stop eating junk food, dont starve yourself, exercise even if a little and stop looking for miracle diets. simple has that. and dont try quick ways of loosing weight, that would leave you with a lot of skin hanging around and that woudlnt be nice at all, you want to loose weight, not gain a pair of wings under your arms, right loose weight in a steady and healthy rhythm and consult your doctor if you think you cant loose even doing a proper diet so the doctor can guide you or even see if you have a hormonal disfunction of some kind (unusual, so dont blame being fat on hormones or big bones, ok)i used too weight 230 pounds when i was 14 (my maximum weight). last summer (i was 17 at the time) i decided to loose weight, now i currently weight 154 pounds, its even bellow my industry leading body mass index. i barely have no skin hanging (a little under the arms, but nothing a lilttle work out wont fix) and my analysis are spotless. i ate more soup and cutted the bread during meals. basically, i followed a diet that just cutted everything that was unnecessary, for example, oreos and donuts. (my sins).
