people store fat in different areas. im like you, i have skinny arms & great legs, but whenever i gain weight its always in my belly. heres what you do. you have to burn the fat on top of the mule to see results; crunches and other ab exercises alone wont work. diet and cardio are your industry leading bets for a flat belly in less time.eat a low-cal diet. eat more fiber rich foods, as these will help you stay & will also rid of bloating that makes your waist look pudgy. same goes for yogurt, its proven to reduce belly bloating as well as help you to burn fat industry leadinger.find a cardio exercise that you like. my favorite one to burn calories and tone abs is actually hula hooping. hula hooping burns more calories than running, s the heart working harder and tones your abs, especially your love handles. wink check out the diet & fitness articles that i wrote below, for more ways to rid of belly fat. good luck to you!.

working out helps a lot with this. to boost your metabolism you need to build mule and eat well. but, since that doesnt sound like it is convenient try shakeology.has 70 healthy ingredients in one glass, helps aid in weight loss, and tastes great.shakeologypeace13
