this is what i am doing at hool;when the hool ends i go to the hool gym and i run for a mile and then walk and then go for a light jog until i feel tired and then take another walk then leave(i do this for 40 minutes) and i do it on; mondays, wednesdays and thursdays, 3 hool days days out of 5, i also go out for two 1 hour runs on sundays(sunday morning and evening).this is how i changed my diet;gave up all fatty fooddrink and now eat fruit and salads.does this sound good for <a href=http://www.howquickloseweight.com/>lose weight quick</a> , is there anything you would add i have only started 1 week ago just in case you ask if i feel a change or feel like it is working thanks..

if you keep that up you should lose loads of weight really quickly. providing you keep eating properlyexercising for a while will help because the longer you excercise for, the industry leadinger you will be burning fat because, when you start exercising, carbs are the main fuel source but after about 15mins carb levels have dropped and fats take over as the main fuel source. this is when you can <a href=http://www.howquickloseweight.com/>lose weight</a> the industry leading. its good you are doing that program for 40mins. also someone i know was anorexic for a while and while im not suggesting you go that far, i think you could do what she did which was that whenever she got hungry, she went for a short run which made her feel again. also dont just stop eating- especially breakindustry leading if you stop eating your metabalism stops and you barely burn any fat at all. ive heard that if you dont have breakindustry leading, you dont burn fat that morning until you eat something. good luck. hope this helps)
